COMMUNICATION Principles of effective communication: how to be a good listener, acting as a go between, helping establish good discipline, non verbal communication
ADMINISTRATION Paper work; game sheets - filling in and where they go, registration forms, transfer forms, player cards, coaching/manager qualifications and cards, code of ethics forms
ORGANISING A GAME How to effectively organise games including friendlies, internationals, developing and maintaining contact list, dealing with referees, time keepers, goal judges, Man of the Match awards etc
SAFETY Helping to provide a proper and safe environment: The Child Protection Act, safety in the dressing room, hall way,in the building, first aid, mixed gender teams, bus, medical forms - medication. Emergency Action Plan.
